Exciting news! Starting May 1st, 2024, we're introducing a new process during your lease signing appointments. As part of our commitment to enhancing your experience and ensuring top-notch security, AAA Property Management will be requesting to take a photograph of all adults listed on the lease.

But here's the fun part: you get to be in control! We'll hand you the camera so you can strike your best pose and capture your good side if you'd like. Your photograph will then be securely uploaded to your tenant portal, accessible only to authorized individuals.
